Loan Applications

Important changes from January 2026 From 1 January 2026, we are introducing a new process for loan applications.

During 2025, many applications were delayed because the correct documents were not uploaded. Going forward, we will not chase members for missing documents.

Required Documents

Members must upload:

• Bank statements for the last 2 months for all bank accounts

• Wage slips for the last 2 months or other proof of income

• 
  

What Happens If Documents Are Missing?

• If the required documents are not uploaded, and

• The member does not contact us,

• The loan application will be closed after two weeks.

Problems Uploading Documents?

If you are unable to upload documents, contact us by phone or email for help.

Do not email your documents to us. We will help identify the issue and support you if needed.

Your loan application will be closed after two weeks if:

• No documents are uploaded, and

• You do not contact us about upload issues.
