About Us.

The Stevenage Credit Union has been running since 1995 and has around 1170 members. Credit Unions are financial co-operatives, owned and run by its members.Savings accounts are lable, low cost loans if needed.

From the 1st November loans will be calculated at an interest rate of 1.5% per month, APR 19.6%. Interest is calculated daily on the decreasing balance.

We have been very lucky this year with grants. Stevenage Community Trust gave us a grant to purchase a new computer and desk for the front office.
